Defy Fridge Double door not working

I recently purchased a Defy double door fridge from Springfield makro .... it's not even a full month gone by and the fridge does not cool the freezer as well. I had contacted Makro last week and a technician was supposed to come over withing 72 hours. It has 4 business working days and there has been no one that came or even called to follow up. My freezer items have all gone bad and had to be thrown away I have lost food items of R3000.00 I am extremely upset. I do not advise anyone to purchase appliances from amalro as the after service is terrible.
