Defy freezer

I bought a fridge on line at Makro and it was delivered, unfortunately few months later it stopped working and I went to report it, they kept sending defy people to come fix it but it just refused to work and the last person they sent (7th person) he said they need to replace the fridge so he will write a recommendation. Now I have been trying to get information on this but the lady that is supposed to be helping me at defy (Dorin) keeps ignoring me, I call them everyday and she is always busy and she will get back to me and she never does. I have been very patient but now I’m tired.
