DEFY

Bought a Defy 14kg Top loader at the store on saturday, the machine did not have the pipe connect to the water pipe, and the machine aslo was coming out water at the bottom form a white pipe, and when we try to call them they not answering when being transfered to the Defy department, and when you ask to talk to the manager, excuses are made and told that they have done their part, it is just Defy that is not doing their part.
