Deflated gas lift leads to deflated service

I bought two gas lifts for my office chair and my son's gaming chair. These were rated at 160KG. They arrived within a few days, and I installed them. They worked well for a month and then started deflating when you sit on the chair. I chose these ones because of their weight rating. I then logged a return with Makro on the 6th of April 2023. Today it is the 13th of June, and I have not heard anything from Makro except the times that I called them to come and uplift the faulty gas lift. I then saw when I tried to trace the progress online that they will refund me, and to date that has not happened. I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Makro. The end result was that I had to buy another office chair due to Makro's bad service.
