Definitely Don't Get My Vote of Approval or Recommendation

Hi, I bought a Defy 500mm Compact stove on the 2.10.20. I have pasted the exact details re this stove below. NOWHERE does it state that you need to buy your own electric cable to enable fitting. After waiting longer than the stated delivery time and receiving an order placed on the 9.10.20, I received delivery of the stove only to discover that there was no cable.

I raised the question with the customer care centre who gave me a reference number, saying they would get back to me as to this missing cable.

I tired of waiting and wanting to use the stove got back to customer care only to be told - " Oh, the stove isn't sold with an electric cable.
