Defective Samsung microwave Ref:

I'd like to name and shame Makro at Springfield Park Durban. I am so disappointed with regards to the way they handled my case. This store handed in the appliance I bought in less than a month for repairs. Now I am stranded and frustrated after I purchase a Samsung microwave which had a defect and it was visible to the consultant. Now I have to wait I don't know till when before I can get my microwave. All I can say is they didnt pay much attention to the consumer act or they don't what consumer act stipulate.
