Defective remote received non-functional on arrival.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent online purchase from Makro. I ordered a remote control , but upon delivery the unit was completely non-functional. It is frustrating to receive a brand new item that does not work straight out of the box. I expected a much higher standard of quality remote control for products sold through the platform.
