Defective Products

I bought a fridge from Makro during the black friday special.My order number is MAK*** the fridge started making a abnormal noise I called makro as the noise was not going away a technician came and said the compressor is vibrating its normal and they receive alot of these complaints.The noise started get to get worse and now started to freeze my perishable foods that I had to throw away I keep calling makro and been given the run around.I want my money back or replace the item.This is not the first time I bought products from makro that has defects😡😡😡
