Defective laptop repairs done under warranty

I bought a faulty laptop from Makro which was repaired under warranty but the laptop is still defective. Since December 2020 the laptop was returned 5 times and then I was told the laptop is no longer under guarantee and I need to pay for the repairs. This is unacceptable. The work on repairs is guaranteed for 3 months. The laptop has been handed in 5 times and it's still not fixed! What use is the guarantee if the repairs are sloppy? It has not worked properly for more than 3 weeks since I received it back the 1st time. I'm very disappointed.
