Defective Goods

I sent it in for repair and got it back. It stopped working again in February 2015 at home. The supplier says it is repaired but the filter must also be renewed. The cost is R22. Makro will not repair until I come pay the R22. <br> <br> The Dremel Tool stopped working while sanding wood in February at home. After repair it stopped working while cutting plastic at my office. Currently still in repair.<br> <br> This is becoming a major inconvenience for me and I feel that Makro is selling defective goods at lower prices. None of my other electrical appliances or tools have failed during this time despite me using them at home and office. These are also for home DIY use and not professional use. I spend a lot of money at Makro but I now feel that I would rather pay a little more elsewhere and have peace of mind. I am completely put off from shopping at Makro.
