DEFECTIVE DEFY WASHER AND DRYER

I purchased a Defy washer and dryer from MAKRO in March 2024.i have reported that it is problematic as it does not complete the cycles and does not dry the clothes A technician came and inspected the machine and replaced a water pump. It is still not working properly. I am really frustrated. Can I get this machine replaced as it hasn't been long since I bought it and the water pump gave up. I purhased an extended warrant on this machine.
