Defect Intex Air Mattress

Query #KQL7 I bought an intex air mattress and it was dispatched from Makro Germiston. The first night we used this mattress it kept deflating air we could hear the air coming out because it made a sound but we couldnt see were it came from. I lodged a complaint with Makro and no one responded. They only responded after I reviewed the product on Masstores. The mattress was picked up and assessed they tried to call me on 24/4/25 at 16:06 I was driving I couldnt answer to avoid accidents it was raining pouring. The next thing I get an email saying my claim was rejected reason lack of customer feedback. What does that even mean? I am losing my money because I was driving. Now I am requested to pick up the mattress in store in the next 7 days. Why should I pick up something I used one night and can no longer use? what am I supposed to do with it yet I had to wake up to pump it like 4 times that night. I am very annoyed by how the whole issue was resolved I dont even know the out come I dont even know why it keeps deflating but now my case is closed. Do not buy air mattress from Makro to avoid losing your money.
