Default / broken ASUS

In February my husband bought me an ASUS phonepad, the phone worked for 10 days , it has 2 sim card units , i used 1 of them and not 2nd one , when i bought another 1 and inserted it the phone then did not pick up sim 2 and when i ejected it the sim unit was damaged. I took it back to macro on 7 th of march nd they sent it to the suppliers mustek midrand . They do not wanTt to fix i4t under warranty and wanted me to pay them r1940 , the TABLET was r2000! I am very i am accused of deliberately breaking and destroyed phone<br>
