Deeply regret using Makro. You should be ashamed

I wish I had taken the time to research before diving into the sh*t show that is Makro Online....

I ordered and PAID for a Sony PlayStation Pro Spider-Man bundle from Makro on the 26th of November 2018 fully trusting in the benevolence and omnipotent efficiency of a massive Corp like Makro. I mean, it’s Makro right? What the hell could go wrong? 7-10 working days? Reasonable, I can wait that long, no problem, Makro you do you and I’ll see you at my door in 10 days (don’t want to expect too much after all).

It’s now the 12th of December and my order remains in the limbo of “Order in Progress”. There has been zero feedback from Makro and no notification of the pending order. Im frustrated beyond belief after reading the reviews on this site that tell me I’ll probably receive nothing until next year if I’m lucky. As someone who lives out of the country that means I can only collect again in March if I don’t recieve my order before Jan 3rd. After calling the call center I have been informed my order will be delivered by Friday, I think I can safely assume that this is an absolute lie and Makro has no idea when my package will be delivered or where it even is. If I had true transparency from your customer care then I probably wouldn’t worry and take your word for it. Unfortunately your track record is shocking and I can only see a long, frustrating road ahead. Is this truly the online experience you want to deliver to a paying customer?

Makro this is pathetic, you should be ashamed of your seeming lack of integrity and business sense. You have done nothing to rectify your service and consistently sh*t all over your customers every year while wishing them a merry old Christmas on social media. You have lost a customer for good, I will never use your services again, nor will I ever recommend you, in fact I shall go out of way to alert others to your abysmal service so that they do not make the same mistake that I did.

Good day to you, I hope my package arrives one day so I may never have to deal with your services ever again and I can put this behind me.
