Deeply disappointed 😞

I have never received such poor service as I've had with this company 😔 I ordered n paid for x2 items online end of July a glass kettle n sound bar. The soundbar was delivered then the kettle afterwards. To my surprise found that it's an incorrect order (I wanted a black kettle not green) instead I've been sent from pillar to post still with no resolution. I've made use of all their platforms for help but all I get is empty promises. These are the references which I've been given but to date my exchange/refund hasn't taken place Call ref *** and *** Email ref *** Ref no***
