De*****ed by Makro Online- No Order No Refund

Bought a Freezer on the 28th Nov, delivery was due on the 4th..today its the 12th and it still has not been delivered. On the 8th I phoned in and tried to cancel it and was told I cannot be able to cancel it because it was intransit. They promised it it would arrive the next day on the 9th...Now no one responds to my email. Pauline sent the email response and over the phone i spoke with Mbali and Maria and dont rwmwmber the 3rd lady. They pretended to call courier guy and the 'courier guy' confirmed the delivery to be on the 9th. I have not received no contact from Makro as I have informed them that the freezer has not arrived. I do not mind not getting the freezer but they should not keep my money as well
