Deceiving customers with Specials

Yesterday my husband and I went to Makro Struben's Valley to purchase a few things as we thought we would save a lot more going to Makro. Well needless to say we purchased the special of 6 x Boss 775/820g dog tin food. We bought 12 tins. The tins went through the till at one after the other. The till operator after everything was rung up called a supervisor who knows for what reason. Anyway my husband asked what was that for the guy didn't explain. In the car on the way home start scrutinising the till slip I see the first 6 x Boss tins were right. R95 for 6 tins. But the other 6 x also moved down on the slip not right after in the order it had actually came. To then realise that they charged a different price for those tins R107,70 for the same 6 x Boss dog food tins???? Very unimpressed that you did this. Makes one wonder how much money you have already ****** from clients with your "Specials". I sent an email to Makro/Massmart 10:21 this morning and still no reply. Shows the disregard you have for your clients. You do not care! I will no longer purchase from you ever again. *****ing from clients when they are under the impression they are SAVING which they are not! Very disgruntled customer.
