Deceiving Adverti*****ts

I had ordered a Christmas tree while it was on sale. It arrived a day later than promised because I had the services upgraded with The Courier Guy. The tree I received is absolutely nothing like the tree that was ordered, not in the slightest. It's only the height thy was accurate. I contacted customer service who was not listening to my concern about getting the actual tree that was advertised and just told me to return it. I've contacted Makro on WhatsApp too and I'm still waiting to be connected to an agent. I WANT WHAT I ORDERED
