********* Company!!! Shocking

So I logged a report with HelloPeter on 16 Feb 2015. Makro called a tried to rectify the issue so that I can change the rating, obviously their intentions was *****ed. <br> <br> They offered me 12.5% voucher for purchases above R600, the voucher was R75-off for a purchase above R600. I specifically confirmed with her, and she said :Yes, 12.5%\ Misrepresentation/Lies!! They laugh at their customers if they make fools out of them. Scandalous!!!<br> <br> The below Whatsapp message that I've send to the "customer care\"" lady says it all. She didn't even have the decency of etiquette to respond to it"
