Debiting Money for Settled Account

I Settled my Makro and RCS accounts, but they still deduct the money! When I phoned to ask them to refund the money, they told me it would only be done within 7-21 working days! Which is ridicules, as they DEMAND that if you draw a settlement amount, you HAVE to pay the amount that same day! Now Why must I wait for MY money to be refunded to my account only within 7-21 working days!

There is another option of getting your money back through you bank, by revering the debit order, but then the banks's service fees to reverse is NOT for Makro account. They are first to take your money, but always have excuses paying money back that does NOT belong to them!
