Debited twice for one item

I am so disappointed at Makro. I bought front loader washing machine on Sunday online and i was debited twice for the same item. I followed up to request refund and was told to submit bank statement and copy of ID which I did. No feedback was provided to date. Yesterday the machine was delivered but today I was told they are unable to locate the funds for refund which is strange because they managed to deliver the same machine that was paid twice. Buy online at Makro at your own risk, the chances are you can be debited twice for same item and still run after them for refund. Makro Please do better and process my 10k refund. This really left a bitter taste and I am even wondering if I encounter issues with the washing machine, will I get assistance or I will keep running after you......
