DEBITED MY ACCOUNT BUT SAID I NEVER PAY

<p>Good day</p> <p>Im a very highly upset and fustrated client right now my account was debited for an amount of R 1065 for my makro credit card and i kept getting calls saying i never keep my promise and i never pay but when i looked at my bank statemnet my account was debitted. I then sent a copy of my statemnet to RCS and i was told that they cant pick up anything, I then resent the documents and had to explain everything again till now i dont not have an answer as to what happened and why my account not creditted, I then noticed that the card number is different to the number the one they usually debit with i even called and explained to them this but still nothing has happened i am still waiting an answer and till today my card is supended and no one can help me</p> <p>As a client i dont think is fair n right and i would like someone to sort this matter if not i will log an ombudman query and make sure that this is pulished in the papers as well I am being punished for nothing i cant use my card i will be listed on the credit bureau which is not fair as i kept to my end of the bargin</p> <p> </p>
