Dear Makro. Return Request ID: ***2 After almost four months, I get a reply from you, saying my claim is rejected because I visited the store, where the hell did you get that, I have never visited your store since I purchased the two useless products from you online... Where did you come up with that, what are people smoking in there. So is that the reason you won't refund... And no mention of the item being returned to me... You collected it via courier. Now you say I went to the store. Why don't you admit you won't refund and you just ****med me. It's not about the refund now, I'm definitely writing to the Ombudsman Nothing but a bunch of ****mers
