deal breaker

Ordered from them on the 24th of January, and my order got split into different deliveries. The first one arrived timeously, but everything went south from then on. the second one was delivered on the 28th and it was the wrong item. logged a return same day, providing the necessary details and images to show that I received the wrong item, but they never even gave me a response.

the third item is still not delivered to me even now, and the fourth one was only cancelled after i enquired about its whereabouts. What frustrates me the most is that online orders are the most efficient ways for us to shop, but then we get this kind of service. Weird enough, the orders that I choose to have delivered to my sister's workplace or to my partner are never messed up, but each time I choose to have the orders delivered to my workplace, there's always something going wrong. Last time I had my order delivered here, the guy didn't pitch and the next thing I know, my package was returned to the store and I eventually decided I will go fetch it myself. I have lost all faith in shopping with makro.
