I think Makro are a bunch of *******. I have been waiting for over a month for my refund. There policy is only 3 to 5 days. Every person I speak to tells me it has been paid but it never comes in. I request to speak to a manager and the phone gets put down on me. I have emails and whatsapps which say my refund has been approved but its all lies. I won't all these people held accountable and I want my money immediately with extra compensation for my stress and the way I have been treated
