DAYLIGHT ROBERRY

Wrote two reviews about controllers I notified them about within my warranty period and FINALLY they told me to hand my ps5 controllers in as they were SOLD TO ME FAULTY….they then called my husband to come and pick up the controllers not mentioning that they refuse to fix it they waited till he got there to say due to warranty being over they won’t take it. THIS IS SO WRONG!! They refuse to follow up about it when I initially complained in my warranty period and now they don’t want to fix it! I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO UNTIL I AM EOTHER COMPENSATED FOR THIS BROKEN CONTROLLERS OR THEY FIX IT!
