I saw on google that an HDMI Cable wsd available at Makro for R69.00. This apparently is online only. I could instore only manage to get a cable for R139.00, essentially double the price.

Please explain why you want everybody to buy online, is it to hit them with delivery charges to make up the difference ...

I recommend that you and your group of companies to what you belong, change your ways, i.e. To offer the same item at the same price instore.

I am going also to the consumer council with this as it makes no sense to discriminate between online and instore deals. I want the same price for the item online and instore.

I will not return to your store in future.

Also, during lockdown, I wanted to purchase a power cable, for my sons laptop, but couldn't because, Makro cannot sell those goods. It was when the items could be sold for educational purposes only.
