We bought shoes in November at Makro Montague gardens and the sole just broke in half while walking. Went back for exchange and they told me that clothing items can only be returned within 30 days. The Consumer act states that a consumer has 6 months to return any product that is defective. Ever since Makro was bought by Massmart Capitalists, quality is going down the murky waters.
