Daylight ******* at Makro PE

I am in disbelief at what just happened at Makro in PE. On Sunday I bought 4 x JC Le Roux cases online which were on special. I went to Pick them up today and went to the liquor shop to do an exchange of the flavour. After waiting a while for them to try figure out how to do an online exchange at the shop, they eventually figured out how to refund the ones I bought and ring up the other flavour. Once they did that, I was told they cannot process it as the refund went online. To top it off, they said I cannot get the ones they refunded as the refund is already done. Im disgusted at the service and unwillingness to assist. I was told to wait for later in the year when there is a special again. The least I expected was to get the stuff I bought back.
