Ordered a roof rack online. Got delivered used, second hand and dented. Requested a replacement. They lie and claim it’s sold out. However it’s still for sale on the website, only the discount is less. So Makro now want me to pay more for an item I already bought, because they delivered second hand goods to me.

29 Sept 2025, 11:02So, a lady from Makro called me to confirm that even though Makro delivererd second hand damadged goods to me, I will be liable to pay a whole lot extra if I want to exchange them for the new undamadged item I ordered and paid for in the first place. So I complain that Makro is *****ing me, and they have the audacity to call me and say, Yes! We are r*****ing you! We don't care about our customers.
No wonder they say they have rep**** privately.
