Day light *******- Bad service

False pricing of products. Went to Makro Ottery and saw a promo of Sensodyne toothpaste priced @R100 for 3.. Asked 1 Makro employee if the pricing was correct and she said yes. Added the toothpaste to my shopping basket. Go to the Till point was surprised to see the price wasn't correct. Informed the cashier of the price display and she told me to go take a picture of the price and come show her. I went to the shelf and took a picture and showed the cashier and she was convinced of the pricing problem. She called her supervisor who came and also told me that I must look properly so she told me to accompany her to the shelf again and I did go back with her despite showing her the photo. When we got to the shelf she saw the price was displayed as per the picture. The only words she said to me were " unfortunately the price on the Till is right there is a price issue and I will correct it now" I have pictures of the product pricing on the shelf. Worse still I have tried to resolve the issue via Makro whatsapp application which seem to have Noone paying attention to it.
