Despite the fact that makro expects me to pay R1200 to repair a generator that I purchased in December 2018 three months ago. By the way they said I must deal with Ryobi they are not responsible for the product, when I have a Makro tillslip but I must deal with Ryobi the supplier. If you buy a product and it lasts not even a month it definitely means there’s something wrong and you can’t expect me to fix a problem of a product that is hardly used and doesn’t even last a year it means that you selling s****s. Here they still promised to look into the matter and they apologized for the branches mishaps but I still have not heard from them.
