Damaged washing machine, look s2nd hand

Ordered an AEG washing machine and went and paid for it last week. Delivery for today. Got delivered on time. Arranged for a handy man at R750 to come and install. We opened the machine together and the rubber seal on front damaged, no stabilizing bar at back as per booklet and back panel damaged and paint chipping off. Looks second hand. Need replacement and refund for handyman. Very bad service
