Damaged washing Machine

I purchased a washing machine on the 3rd of June 2023 online,The machine was damaged on delivery on the 8th June and I’ve reported it hours after delivery. Macro Silverlakes delivered the machine

Hisense conducted an evaluation and has taken pictures and send an approval letter for the exchange, and it is taking Makro a month to collect the damaged machine.

I’ve called Macro multiple times and have went to the store personally and spoke to one of the consultants who gave me empty promises that they will come and collect it, my request has not been attended to up until now. Today is the 10th of July 2023.

I’m stuck with a washing machine that’s damaged and Macro is ignoring my emails
