Damaged TV

I orderd a TV at Makro on Sunday (15 Sep 2024), they delivered it on the 17 Sept 2024. The moment the TV arrived i immediately opened it and plugged it, then noticed that the TV is Damaged. I immediately called Makro they told me that the fault is mine. Guys it didn't even take me 30min to call since the TV arrived, so how could I've been the one who Damaged it.. I'm very much disappointed shem. I'm NEVER EVER BUYING FROM MAKRO AGAIN!!. so i dont understand what i should do with this broken TV😒😑
