Damaged Stove and Still Waiting

I ordered a stove online from Makro on the 24 November. It only got delivered to me the 5 December and upon opening the box I discovered the glass of the oven door was completely shattered and laying all in the box and the door handle was broken.

I have already been 2 weeks without a stove and now it has to go all the way back from PE to JHB. I'm not even sure if they will send me a replacement in time before Christmas day.

I ordered a freezer from Game the same day and got it 3 days later in perfect condition. You go phone and speak to several people at Makro and they say they will get back to you and you never hear from them again.

I regret ordering from Makro and it will be my last order with them after being a faithful customer for years.
