Damaged products and they don't care
Unfortunately there's no option less than 1 star. Their online store is absolutely pathetic. Ordered a fridge and not only did it take almost 2 weeks to deliver but it was badly damaged. Phoned to complain and the response I received was "okay?". With the attitude of so what why complain about a damaged fridge that you paid thousands of rands for. I will never support Makro ever again.
