Damaged items still waiting for pickup after a return was logged

I made an order for 4 items from Makro online, two items were broken when delivered, I logged a return and I chose a date for them to collect the damaged items, they never came on those dates, I had to call again then they said one item will be collected the following day, of which they did, but I'm still waiting for them to collect the second item even today , I'm stuck with a broken fan.
