Damaged item, Ignored return request.
I purchased a treadmill online and the purchasing was quick and easy however, I was not kept informed as to when it will be delivered. When it was delivered the box was damaged and thus the treadmill damaged. I emailed them immediately, was instructed to log a return and over a week later I've received no feedback on my return request, now when I call them for feedback I'm left on hold until I drop the call for waiting for over 15minutes.

22 Sept 2023, 09:51Update: I was contacted 20 minutes after posting about my experience. The agent assured me he was handling my query until it was resolved and all the escalations were done. 5 days later and nothing at all has happened, no updates, no progress not even a call back to notify me that there's a delay and they still working on it. Absolutely pathetic service!!
