Damaged item

I received my online delivery on 30th of Jan on order number MAK*** with an item that is broken, i have emailed Makro on the 31st with pictures of the broken item seeking for help but no one responded. I have been calling Makro and sending emails daily with no response. I am no happy with this kind of a service
