Damaged goods.
We bought a new Hisense h700si-idl fridge. The icemaker doesn't work and there is damage to the metalic finish on the door.

17 Oct 2020, 08:59Hisense has sent me a sms sayimg my repair has been completed. But clearly it has not. Also the makro wonderboom manager contacted me for the fridge serial number. So i am not sure if the fridge is getting repaired or replaced. Can someone give me some clarity on the matter? I didnt just spend R18000 on a broken irreplaceable appliance did I?
