Damaged goods delivered to me

I received my order today after a 4day delay. The Chockits box was smashed, the Romany cream boxes were wet as these items were kept in an open top bakkie and delivered in the rain. The 3 slabs of chocolate were melted and rehardened and there was a box of tinkies missing (i ordered vanilla, strawberry and fudge, there was no fudge). This was thw worst service i have ever received. Why was u expected to pay for wet, melted, smashed items?!!!!!!
