Damaged goods and wrong color delivered

Kindly receive my complaint.

I ordered on line a fridge, I receive a wrong color, and it was dented. It's been 8 days now after complaining, the fridge have not been collected neither receive the new fridge, this have inconvenienced me in many ways

Irvin promised that the fridge will b delivered on Friday only to get an email stating that that driver was around the area knocked and no answer, while we are in the property. My question is, why didn't they call? Im been made a fool, and I will make sure I conjest social media with such experience.

I'm still waiting for my fridge to be delivered and the damaged to be collected today.

Probably I'm not the only one with such experience,
