Thank you for taking time to raise your dissatisfaction.
The set has to go in for evaluation.
The supplier has up to 6 weeks to repair the item - however the vast majority are completed quicker than this.
With all of the power issues we have had recently anything could have happened to the set, will ask the service agent to speed up the process.
I apologise for the annoyance/inconvenience that this may have caused to you.
