Damaged goods
I bought a fridge online from makro received it on a Friday after opening it that evening i notice the fridge had dents and was making an extremely loud noise. I called the call center on Monday lady said they will get someone to replace it a week past no one came. The lady called me to assure me it will be replaced another week past no one came. I called again the man said they will send someone to check before replacing 3 weeks gone no one came out. Im not going to accept a dented faulty fridge!!!!
