Damaged Dishwasher Delivered

In December I ordered a dishwasher online from MAKRO as a wedding gift for someone. It was duly delivered toward the end of January. Upon opening of the dishwasher the recipient saw that the machine was badly dented along one side. As a result she did not connect it up. I have sent mails and made calls to MAKRO to try and get them to swap out this machine - all to no avail. Last call was on 2nd April to the head office and the lady is still calling me back, longest fifteen mins I have ever needed to wait. My order number is MAK127885. Someone please help.
