Damaged

This is really disgusting, order a fan from makro, get delivered today box badly damaged and tape up bottom of box hole, open it none of the stuff was package was out of the package, missing *****s. We waited for 5 days for delivery and now we have to wait for them to fetch it inspect it and get new one. This is not acceptable!!!! This is not the first time it happened.
