Damage products

I bought a eurolux insect killer in the morning and it was damaged the switch didn't work so I had to drive all the way and exchange it, however I exchanged it and they said to me it's working and I got home and tried it again and it didn't work again this one was like a second hand one, used and filthy.. Called in and spoke to some manager and he thinks maybe my car runs on water that I can come up and down to Makro
