Damage goods delivered

Good day Please note that the order was delivered but the mayonnaise was damage the 3kg and the package for the spices and the soup were poor ,the spices were out of the boxer The package for the washing powder was torn and the washing powder don’t add to 18kg as purchased because what was package was 6 2kg which add up to 12kg not 18 kg as purchased Please advised on the way forward because im not happy with the service I received

Im very disappointed and have advise that the order be given to wudrop now I have damage product and your packaging as well is incorrect how do you pack less than the KG bought for the washing powder Hope this matter will be address and resolved as a matter of urgent because we cant work like this I trusted makro and it’s a big company you cant get a service of a ****a shop You keep following up like you owe them this is realy bad customer service Makro vaal dont even bother to contact me and advise when will the items be send ,how do you package a mayonnaise with 5litre juice if you want things to arrive safely without being damage

can the order be collected and i get my refund and move on with life i stay less than 20 km drive from makro wonder boom but my order was allocated to makro vaal which is 183km from me i dont understand the logic behind that
