We went yesterday on the 27th October 2020 to Germiston. On Teusdays it is pensioners day. Where pensioners get 10% discount on their purchases. When I get to the till to give them my penstioners makro gard. The cashier inform me the card is not working any more I had to go to customers care. There they give me a new card. I do my shopping. Afterwards I ask the lady where is my discount she said it is all the no. 11 on the slip. When I get home I look at my slip. NO DISCOUNT. This morning I send them messages ask them to get me a call. But nothing happend. I am still waiting for them. We went there specially on a Teusday to get our discount we are pensioners haven't got much money. Then this happen it is unacceptred. Why can we get any help from them.
